Back from Maintenance
The site is now back from maintenance. There are still a few issues from the downtime that you may see when logging on:
- Data from the last couple days will be incomplete, but we are working to catch this up quickly for Twitter data. Facebook data may be delayed another couple days.
- Any Twitter accounts you may have added in the past couple days may be missing, we are working to bring them back, but in the meantime re-adding them will work.
- Scheduled Tweets and Posts that were due to be sent during the time we were down were likely not sent - check your dashboard and you can re-schedule or cancel them as needed.
- Adding Facebook Pages and updating data for your existing pages will continue to be disabled while we finish some maintenance work there. Updates on this will be posted here and on Twitter (@crowdbooster).
Please do not hesitate to contact us at support@crowdbooster.com or our live chat box if you have any questions at all about this downtime.
Lastly, we wanted to apologize to all of our users for letting you down the past two days. Our users are our favorite people in the world - you are what inspire us to get up in the morning and try make the world a better, easier, less frustrating place for social media managers everywhere. Whenever we fail you like we have the past two days, it really hurts.
Our first priority is to bring back all the remaining functionality to the site (updated Facebook data and adding new pages). After that, we'll be taking a hard look in the mirror to figure out how we can avoid this situation in the future.
Thanks for all of your continued support,
-Team Crowdbooster
